I have a 93 cummins 190 engine with p-7100 pump in my winnebego motorhome and was wondering if the stock turbo that comes on this engine has a silencer ring? It is rather difficult to access the intake side of the turbo on the 190 because the oil filter is in the way. Thanks, Rod.
