Creosote like build up in exhaust system??

I've got a 95 12 valve cummins with 197000 kms on it, 2 months ago I put a 4 inch turbo-back flo pro exhaust, eliminating all the emissions stuff. I've recently noticed a creosote-like build up on the tail pipe, and it keeps getting louder and louder. I'm not sure what's going on, any insight boys?

Leaking turbo seal or lots of short trips where the engine never warms up?

Yeah, if the engine never warms up good it won't burn all the condensation that builds up in the engine.
The moisture mixed with soot turns into black goo.
Taking the truck for a good run every couple of weeks would be good for it.

Use a block heater as well before heading out and that will help to minimize that buildup since it should keep your coolant at a toasty 80-100F and that in turn will also tend to warm by convection the oil and trans fluid if you run an automatic.
