charging problem

Howdy there I have a 95 2500 5peed with 320,000 miles I bought this truck back in february and since i have had it it has been having charging issues. I have put in a reman pcm, new altanator, new crank sensor, and 2 new batteries. Sometimes when i go to start it there will be clicking and carrying on noises from the solenoids and relays around the fuse box. A lot of times if i wiggle the plug and wires that go into the pcm it sometimes will charge but a lot of times not. Sometimes it will charge for 3 days and other times not at all. Also there is a relay in the fuse panel on the inside of the truck in the dash that is always hot to the touch. Anyone ever have this problem and any info to help would be greatly appreciated this is getting very frustrating. Also at night after about 30-45 mins of running it i lose my low beam headlights and only have high beams and sometimes not even them and i have changed the light switch with no luck.

you have some wire problems here. You are going to need a wire diagram to fix this. If you are good at reading wire diagrams and can use a multimeter or better yet a lab scope you can buy a subscription for your truck at alldata.com for $24.95.
