Bombs Question

My buddy has a 95 12 valve that he is wanting to do some mods to. I have found him a good used set of Bosch 215 injectors and I'm wondering what # fuel plate he should go with. I'm not sure about the miles on the stock auto tranny but I don't think it is to bad and he don't dog the the royal crap out of it. I know nothing about the 12 valves what would would you say we be the safe zone for these trucks with a stock auto tranny. I have told him he will need to upgrade the tranny in the future. Thanks

Does he have gauges? Does he tow heavy? If so I would say any plate will really work the stock tranny and if he doesnt than I would go with a #10 then I would toss in a set of govenor springs in and start saving money. Its a bad bug LOL

He tows pretty heavy from time to time. He doesn't have gauges yet but I'm fixing to order a set of ISSPRO for my 99 and he is going to tack on his order to mine.

go gauges then make sure you beef up the tranny, towing makes it hot!!! especially bumping up injector sizes.... ive learned the hard way!!!
