in my 4X truck I painted my drivlines white and black but just straight lines since people said when I got on it hard in but or pulling someone out they couls see my driveline twist then release. Also, I built a dancing pole one time that mounted in the gooseneck hub for... well, we had some good partied out in the boondocks......

 

I was going to make a flagpole for the gooseneck...... I like your idea better though........
