What I would do...Is re-install the AFC foot...Set the star screw in the middle and AFC housing in the middle..It will be gutless,but that should pass the emissions test..

That's what I'll end up doing. Then readjust the star wheel for more power. I just want to try to find a replacement arm. I was hoping to find a used one through this forum with everybody that upgrades their AFC's.

Without and AFC foot, You could try to pull the fuel plate as far back as you can. I don't know if it would be enough though..
