AFC cover?????

Im a noobie on 2nd gen pump bombing so heres my question. Is the fuel plate under the square AFC/starwheel cover? Also removing it?? someone has broken off the 2 lower bolts that hold the fuel solenoid, theres just the 2 uppers, one screw and one allen lookin deal?? . I tried to fix it but no way with out screwing up the pump housing. How do you get it off to do the plate?? or am I barking up the wrong tree??
Thanks.

Yes the plate is under "the square AFC/starwheel cover" once the cover is removed the plate is accessable, there is another bolt kind of down behind the shutdown solenoid kind of on the back of the pump that you'll have to losen if it's still there, if you follow by feel down the solenoid bracket you'll feel an 8mm bolt head. All I have to say for those who broke the bolts is boneheads boneheads boneheads Let me guess the allen bolt is the one under the injector lines? You might be able to use an 1/8" left handed drill bit to get the broken bolts out, just center puchem good before you start drillin.
