i bought mine with the fleetgard part number off a local diesel shop, The prefilter is right down by the lift pump. Get under the truck on the drivers side, then look for the fuel filter, once that has been done, look for a thick short hose going away from the fuel filter, well it sorta circles around it, you will see a little steel canister type bottom with a single screw in the middle, that screw is a 17mm (i know i just changed one on a friends truck and have done mine 2x), U will need either really long arms, and a bunch of extensions help, i do remember using a foot long extension as well as a pair of shorties to get to the screw, break that sucker loose CAUTION when u drop it, it will leak diesel, and slowly bring it down, and u will see the prefilter screen in there...
