95 Abs Light On?

95 2wd Cummins Guys,start It Up,idles For A Few Minutes Then The Abs And Brake Lights Come On. Any Ideas? Brakes Work Great,good Peadle Press. What Do You Think? Rear Axles Not Leaking.

Unplugged abs pump relay...plugged back in...and abs light and brake light still on?!
