92 Oil pan fit a 97

I bought a wrecked 97 truck that I pulled the engine and tranny out of. The oil pan needs replacing and I saw one off a 92 on ebay. Will a 92 pan fit on my 97?

This gem will be going into an excursion. I have a growing family and need a big family rig. I bought an excursion with a bad V10 engine and I am working on putting a 97 CTD and an auto trans into it. Any advice?

Thanks
John
