53 Blocks in 1995s?

Hi,

I have spotted a 1995 2500 for sale but it is far away from where I am located and wonder what are the possibilities of it being a 53 block? I have read the technical article about these in the tech. dept. and understood they are "mostly" encountered into later 97s or later models...there was a mention about ISB trucks..don't know what that means?!

I guess I could ask the seller about checking for me but not sure he would know or could find the casting numbers..

thanks,Ron.

ISB refers to the 24valves i think. Im 99% positive there were NO 53 blocks in 95

Never seen or heard of a 53 on a 95.....they first appeared on 98 12Vs (but there could be a few 97 12V's kicking around)...
