1996 3500 Changed u-joint front axle passenger side. Now my 4x4 indicater light will not go out. What did I do?

You might get better exposure in the 2nd gen drivetrain section.


My guess is you might have jammed the collar on the CAD (bulge on the passenger side axle tube) making the switch stay triggered.

Pull the four bolts off and inspect to make sure everything moves freely and reassemble.

Start there.... let us know.
