Exclamation 4WD light blinking...

Used 4WD for quite a while during a mud bog this weekend.. I saw the 4WD light turn on for the first time. It usually didn't before.

Only problem is, now, even when in 2WD the light flickers on and off intermittiently or sometimes just glows...

Any suggestions on what to do?

THX!

Check your vac lines from the switch to the front axle and from theswitch to the source. You probably knocked one off during a baha jump. I think the sensor that turns on the light is on the front axle shift housing.

My bet is if you were in deep mud is that the connector to the light switch on the pass side front axle is full of wet stuff
