Re:12v trucks ( proper )

How can they be "proper" when they only have HALF the necessary valves of the best engine? ???

Undervalvers...

Re:12v trucks ( proper )

hmm the number of valves makes no diff to me.....but I do like the idea of a mechanical injector pump .............the less electronics the better ....but hey I've already got my 24 valve so I got to live with it

man life is soo hard having to make do with a 24 valver is just killing me ;D

when this puppies paid for I'm gonna keep her as my dialy driver and I wann buy a 98 12 valve 2wd reg cab auto and do her to the nuts for a weekend street stormer .........ricers beware

Re:12v trucks ( proper )

12v's = more power with less airflow (according to same boost #'s and head flows). :P ;D

Re:12v trucks ( proper )

24v heads flow more than even the ported versions of the 12v head... the vp44's burn fuel more effiecently that the P7100... The injectors are also centered and vertical over the head for better combustion. There is that one little hang up about the P7100 being able to flow about 3X the amount of fuel though
