'03 wheels on a '97

My brother just bought an '03 Common Rail that has Eagle Alloys on it (its a pretty sharp truck, for a 3rd gen) and the previous owner let him have the stock wheels. My dad wants to put them on his truck, so will they just bolt up, or will he have to do some modifying?

Thanks

They will bolt up just fine. I have a set of 04 wheels on my 97.

They have more back spacing than the stock 2nd gen wheels.

Meaning that they will sit a little further into the wheel well.
