Gages

I'm going to get gages piro, boost. For the third gage which is more beneficial trany temp or fuel pressure?

then get a single pod mount and put a fp gauge in it. fuel pressure is a must in my eyes

I would say FP, my tranny temp gauge almost never moves into the warm range. But fuel pressure on the VP trucks is a must. You never know when the LP will die.

If you tow or plow snow, I would get the trans temp.. Followed immediatly with a single FP gauge on the steering column. Fuel pres is a must for sure, but my trans temp has hit the 200* mark a few times wile towin and plowin and it was nice to have the heads up to take a break.

Get the trans temp gauge. With a 12 valve you don't have the fuel delivery issue that 24 valve trucks have.
