Thin the Delvac 50 next with three qts of Amsoil 5-30 synchromesh or try Amsoil MTZ. It'll shift much easier.

Couple more updates and questions for the experts.

The truck sat for > a week, and driving this morning, it got tougher to get into gear again. (It did rain a couple days this week).
Has anyone noticed this affect?
Any chance the pins that the intermediate flywheel ride on could have gotten rusty and sticky just from sitting around?

I also wonder if for some reason the rain water is landing on top of my clutch master cylinder reservoir and somehow getting into the fluid, but that does not seem likely, but the amount of water/contamination i pulled out of that thing a few months ago was ridiculous.

Also,
Seperate problem.
Ever since I put the 8 quarts delvac 50 with the fast coolers on, the low RPM resonance has been generally quieter, and definitely at different frequencies. However, when I do make a mistake and lug it at really low rpm, I think the resonance is even more violent and lower frequency. 3 times now, I have thrown an ABS warning light right after one of those lugging incidents. Has anyone else ever had this problem? I know for sure that lugging causes it, but I am not sure if I have a loose sensor, or if this is common?
