The factory service manual will tell you the problem.

How many blinks and what is the sequence?

Usually the element in the seat goes out, the wiring breaks loose at the entry point and then opens the circuit.

Post up the blink sequence and I will look it up if I have a chance today.....

If it flashes on high and low, the heater element is shorted.
If it flashes on high and stays off on low, the element is open circuit.
If it's off on high and flashing on low, the temp sensor value is out of range.

If it were a relay, none of it would work. It said temp sensor and I believe that is part of the heater panel itself.

I agree, I looked thru my FSM and the ohmage is quite wide between the high and low side, something like 33 ohms hi and 510 ohms on the low side. This can be checked with a multimeter between the two outer connectors on the back of the switch, bottom row. The allowable range is +-5 ohms.

The switches are the same so you could just use the passenger side til you get another and get thru the cold snap.

Ugh, looks like it is the sensor in the seat, not the control module.......

From the FSM.

I was referring to the element as the panel, not the switch.
Unfortunately the heater element isn't sold separately. The Mopar parts database I have shows it as part of the seat cover only.

You weren't supposed to wire the replacement heated seat pad into the rear diff!!!!
