Reunel bumper pics

paying for these bumpers was like having one of my lungs removed but I lack fabrication skills

in retrospect, I should have asked them for a flatter front bumper since I have no intention of mounting a winch (that's why the bumper is so deep, a winch housing sits behind the bumper)

thanks blacky, the rest of the truck is straight as an arrow too

that bumper is solid 1/4" inch steel, weighs about 100# and I can tow anything I want, right from the middle of it

the flanges that bolt to the frame (horizontally) are 1/2" with stinkin uge bolts

whoever rear ends me is gonna be in a world of hurt

I like that idea, with a tailgate like that I would protect it!!! Thats why I'm buildin my front one so heavy so that it won't give to anything, it'll be bulletproof and save my intercooler, grille, and rad and whatever else. I have a big drop center bumper on my rear that was on the truck when i got it so I think i'll leave it. Its pretty solid, and shiny

I heard from a relative that is a dodge dealer owner that back in the day when these 1st gens were new, they didn't come with bumpers from the factory so the dealers would put certain ones on to sell them or the customers choice, thats why you see a lot of different ones.

Here is my front. I found this in a junkyard. I also have a custom rear bumper that my first '92 (I wrecked it) had on it. No pics of it yet though.
