Does anyone have any idea why on some threads I see pictures that have been posted with no problem but on other threads in place of the picture that has been posted is a small white box with a red "X" in the middle. I right click on the box and select "show picture", but this does not work.

The picture has most likely been deleted or moved from the host site that it was posted on.

 

That sounds like a browser issue, be sure your browser has all the latest greatest upgrades.

 

I have this problem at work also. It is because the software we use blocks links to certain sites that contain questionable content.
