Put 'er on the Dyno Sat. Baseline, DennyT then DDP4
First off. Because my truck doesn't have a tach I think the rpm is a little off. We did rpm based off the roller speed on the dyno. I am using the mph graphs instead of the rpm ones because the speed is accurate. you can do your own calculations for actual rpm if you want. 3.55 gears running stock bald tires. All dyno runs were in 3rd gear. About 30-35 mph up to about 65+.
I returned the truck to as close to stock as possible. Dyno is with the truck in my sig as it is written with stock pin in the stock position. Then the slightly reground DennyT pin, then with DennyT pin + DDP 80 hp injectors.I think I had a little over stock power for baselines which is why I think my power is a little higher than a stock truck should be. It seems like my tq ratings are higher than they should be and my hp rating are a bit lower. But heck if I know. I'm running the stock tranny with the stock converter so not all the hp is getting to the ground I'm sure.
So anyways, here are my dyno sheets! First sheet shows corrected hp/tq numbers and the graphs show uncorrected.

After installing the DennyT pin. Sorta disappointed at the hp gains, but totally shocked at the tq gains.

I do have 1 question. Is it common for your idle rpm to drop when you install larger injectors? Because mine dropped a fair bit.

Very nice. Not bad at all for a stock converter. Your hp and TQ numbers are definely being sucked up because the stock converter.
The stock numbers sound about right,
The DDP80hp injectors added almost their rated HP but theres many other factors involved in that.
And yes, Idle drop is VERY common when installing larger injectors, happens almost all the time.

man the torque rating is sweet. and i pretty sure the drop in idel is because the larger injectors retard your timin and that drops your idle least i know thats what happens with pods. she ant no slug any more is she.

I was actually thinking of just turning the fuel screw in a little to remedy the low idle. It's a lot easier to do than mess with that idle screw!
No I haven't done anything with the KSB. I am a little unclear what it actually does.
Yeah, I really can't believe how high the tq is... the ratio is 2.97:1 between the torque and horse power. To me, that's just crazy.
And the ole' beast ain't a slouch anymore, that's for sure!

The timing is already bumped relatively close to the head though! :P
Somewhere around 1/8-3/16"
What I really should do is when I rip the timing cover off to do my KDP I should just skip a tooth and bring the IP away from the head some I guess.
I almost like having all that torque though, feels like it should be some sort of bragging right or something, I don't know.

I guess I should have taken a picture of it for people to understand what I'm actually saying. I'm probably not doing myself any justice here in my explanation. I didn't take material off the whole width of the slope at the bottom. I only did in the middle area. I figured it would be too risky to remove too much metal along the sides. I didn't take too much off the center either so as not to cause the thingy in the pump to poke through the pin.
I can't complain about the pin though. It added 25.3 hp and a whopping 136.1 torque! on corrected numbers.

those are sweet #'s dude. the pin figures makes me want one, but my egt's are barely manageable with just the fuel screw in. What kind of egt's are you seeing with all that juice? Do you plan on towing anything?
