Right now, Apple is laughing all the way to the bank. 
You will NEVER win this. It's futile. They can change the price anytime they want. So you wanted to be the cool guy on the block for a few weeks. If you wanna play, you gotta pay. The smart ones waited.
It happens with every phone, it's just that this one got a lot more publicity than the others. The RAZR for instance was a few hundred dollars when it came out. Now it's under 100. I'd say suck it up and get on with life. Not worth wasting your time over. Business is business.

Your up a creek without a paddle. It's called the free market. They can change the price at any time. You can choose to buy or not to buy at any time. You apparently bought at the wrong time. Sounds like your problem.
Instead of asking your truck "buddies" why don't you consult an attorney. Almost any one worth the name on his/her door will tell you to invest your young energy somewhere else.

I hope it's a joke. But it does seem like you were serious until everyone started hammering this post though. If you want my opinion (which you probably don't), I think you were serious until all of the backlash from your post and video. If it is a joke, I don't get it and it's really not that funny???
