Hood Spring - Dodge Diesel

Anyone know where I can get a hood spring from (passenger side)?

Also, once I have one anyone know how hard they are to put on?

You may check with Mopar. There was a thread on here recently and some folks were discussing that there are more parts still available than one might expect, and that the prices aren't always unrealistic, either.

As far as how hard to do, I can't offer any help there.

In my opinion it will be allot easier to go to a junk yard and get the whole hood hinge and put that on rather then try to find a spring and change it out.

I didn't realize I could pull the whole assembly and swap it in.
