Recently my truck has not been starting right up. No matter how long it sits when I go to start it, it sounds like the batteries are almost dead. Then it gets past that when i push and hold the gas then it starts right up and runs good. I just put new batteries in not to long ago. All connections are tight also. Please help.

 

Replace the starter contacts with a kit from here http://www.fostertruck.com/dodge/default.htm

Get used to giving a little pedal when starting or else turn up the idle.
