I thought long and hard and the easiest answer was to just make longer brackets. The CB is at about a 45 degree angle, everything is very visible and nicely tucked away. And the moving playing is Star Trek in case anyone was wondering.

That is exactly how I installed my radio, the only drawback is it blocks the light from the cupholders.

Star Trek? Your such a geek! (just kidding, Im a fan too!) Anyway, I wish I knew how to post a picture of my installation, because the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few!

Looks good, nice job.
The interior looks immaculate, I started thinking you may be a poser . But there was dust & stuff in some areas so your off the hook. JK

LOL, I actually cleaned up the cab after I was done.

MATT, if you go too www.imageshack.us you can upload you picture there, and then either post a link to the picture or you can post a picture directly by putting

Nice job on the CB, wish I had that spot to mount one in an 04.5.

It looks good. Are you a very short person, because the driver seat is all the way forward?

Great job, and yes, your truck is way too clean!! Did you pick up any road noise by cutting into the plastic panel?

I mounted my Prodigy on the left side of that area with the back of it cut into the panel. I've been thinking of adding a narrow CB next to it like yours, or just going with the Cobra 75 with everything in the head. Yours looks great.
