clutch slave cylinder bleed
I recently bought a new one. If i recall correctly you let it extend all the way and fill it with fluid. Then unhook the old one with the top off the reservoir and it full. Connect the new cylinder to the line and push the piston back in. That should push any remaining air back up and out.
I am doing this project later today. My plan was to install the new cylinder before clipping the holding straps/ties. Then, keeping the reservoir full, put the line on the new unit and use gravity to prevent air getting in the line.
Any other thoughts/experiences from those who have done this?
Thanks,
Dawson
