If buy a used Smarty from member, still get same customer service?

There is a $600 or best Smarty Sr. in the DTR classifieds. If I was the second owner, would it be like I bought it new when I want new upgrades & stuff? Or is it worth the extra dough to be the original customer?

I am definitely getting a Smarty (getting a reflash in a few weeks), and have enough money in my pay-pal account for the Jr. or Sr. I have read that everything available for the Jr. will all be available for Sr. Now that I have the DD clutch, I definitely want to enjoy some power.

The Jr. sounds awesome, but if it makes less power than my Superchips (performance mode), I know I will wish I got the Sr. Marco or Bob was nice enough to actually read some of my posts and suggest the Jr. for me. And I definitely want to be on the Madselectronics team for their awesome customer service.

I must admit I have been enjoying the power more with a strong clutch.

Thanx for any time/input.

I am not sure, but I think I am indecisive.

I think you can expect the same quality of service whether you buy new or used.

Thanx guys. I know Superchips wants you to be the original owner, or you have to pay for any help. Diablo is the same story I imagine.

I got my smarty in the DTR classifieds. I couldn't get it to work, PM Bob and after his advice I still couldn't get it to work. Sent it to Bob and he took care of it and it works great. Thanks again Bob!!!!
