ordered mine on a monday morning......said it would ship on tuesday and be here on thursday. Called back monday afternoon, asked, "what color did I order?????" "Blue Mr. Kelly", me......"ahhhhhh, why did I say blue??? I meant red....do you have red??" " Yes, we do, you want red then", " Yes maam," "Ok, we'll have it to you on thursday". Thursday got home from work, there it was!!! Real helpful, good experience with them at Outerwears.
