Wiring harness
I am curious if a 92 w-250 engine bay harness is the same as a 93 w-250 engine bay harness if not the same what are the differences?

The engine bay harnesses should be the same. I.E the lights and PCM harness.
The engine/tranny harness are different as depending what your truck has.

Yes I believe the engine harness is the same now after that if will change but you should be ok
