all the needles are fine you do not need to remove them. i started the truck with the lens off to make sure all were free. tach was a little sticky so i cleaned up behind the center of the needle with a exacto. Took a little less than a hour start to finish.

like those alot..... I when I first got my truck 3yrs ago (I can;t remember who makes them) but they had wires attached to them and swich from blue to green. I think sig600 had them in his truck also.
