Which clutch for stock power?

Which clutch for stock power?
It looks like I'm ready for a new clutch at 40K. I think the DMF has started to take a dump.
I've got a clunk and noise from the pedal, and when I start from a stop I get a strange feeling like the clutch slips momentarily when I get on the throttle after the clutch is engaged.
The truck is stock, and will stay that way. I tow an 11,000lb fifth wheel during the spring and summer and a 5000lb boat year round.
I want a clutch that feels and drives like stock. Nothing grabby and nothing loud if possible.
South Bend Con O? I know a lot of guys like the OFE,but I don't need the additional HP capacity of the OFE.
Does Valair have something worth buying?
I'm leaning towards SB because I have a local diesel shop about 3 miles from the house that installs SB and has a good reputation.
