DZ, I have also been wondering about this and I have learned that 100% Bio can degrade the rubber fuel lines and seals in our first gen trucks. :(
You can replace the fuels lines with Vitron(sp?) and avoid this.
a couple folks in the Bio forums I have talked to have suggested I run B50 and seem to think I wont have any problem, but havent said that they have done it in same year/ model trucks....so its not certain...

I am slowly building my own appleseed processor now( delayed by moving), and I dont think I am going to run any higher than B50...but cant say I have a scientific basis for picking that number, just seems kinda middle of the road safe..
I do plan on changing the fuel filter after the first couple tanks, then again after a few more tanks, because Bio will break free a lot of the sediments and gunk that can build up in the fuel system, and I figure as old as my truck is, there may be a lot of gunk in there! I am also hoping that I will see signs of any hose degredation that way before it becomes a big problem.
I dont beleive any one can give a specific answer and guarantee you wont have some sort of problem, but from what I have heard so far, it seems that running B50 or lower should be safe....
