So I am buying a Pacbrake tomorrow and have done a ton of research. I am worried that I am going to spend this kind of ,omey (a lot for me) and then later find that I should of got the remote mount.

The questions keeping me up from dreaming about my new Pac is whether to go with the elbow (stock style turbo) or remote mount (could upgrade turbos later harder install possible costs to install). I always felt that different turbos were for big hp, not me cause I just want a good tow and daily driver.

I dont see myself upgrading transmissions unless this one goes south. It seems there are good towing turbos that will be like stock as far as the elbow is concerned right?

Looks like your are pretty much stock. Just get the elbow. No additional fuel, no real need for a turbo that flows more air.

Any 3rd gen replacement turbo should allow you to use the elbow. Some may move it 1/2" for or aft but it should all work.. I think your fine with the elbow.
