Get a 285/75/16 . They look tough on stock rims and fit the truck like a glove! and dont really rub unless your front springs are realllly really sagged out.
nothing i hate more than tires too small on these trucks, it bothers me haha

I had some 265/75/16's on my dually for about a week, would not advise doing this. Aired up to 80 psi every once in awhile you could smell rubber from where I'd hit a bump and they would just graze each other.
Not sure what size you could use without spacers but I know the ones I had would not work.

Wait is it 2wd ???
If it's a D250 I would put the heavy duty coils and daystar spacers up front, and run 265/75 or 285/75
If it's a W250 which means it's 4x4, then I'd just get leveling springs up front and run 285/75/16 or 305/70/16

I guess I should update my profile. I would like to lift and put taller tires on a'90 d250 I bought a couple of months ago.
