I have the ATS Co Pilot and it works good but there are a few things that could be refined or improved.
I spoke with Suncoast and their controller doesn't work on the 3rd gen.

I too have a switch. But it is rpm activated to turn it on and off with the help of a digital window switch. Turns on ny itself at 1800rpm's and off when it drops to 900rpm's. That way I never have to "remember" to switch it off when I come to a stop.

But how does it react when it shifts... I know if I leave mine locked up and let it shift that it hits WAY to hard for normal driving.

I thought about putting that switch on mine, but do I need to have the tranny built first? Mine is still stock. Would I screw it up if I added the lockup switch?

I would recomend at least a built valve body. Even then the shift third locked up with a stock tranny was too much for my truck at 464 RWHP and a little over 100k.

I have the ats unit, works good, but it is expensive, and it does take some time to get it setup right
