Suprised by the Silver Bullet
As some of you know I recently acquired a 96 12v. I decided to keep the Silver Bullet turbo that I had on my 24v. So this past weekend I decided to throw it on the 12v just to see how it would do. I was really anticipating it to be a dog, just bc it took a while to get it to spool on my 24v, and since I dont have near as much fuel pushing it in my 12v, I figured it would be a lag master. WOW was I surprised. You can see from sig what the 12v has done to it. I could hit about 36lbs of boost with a stock HX35 and now Im hitting around 45. I know the wastegate on the Silver Bullet is set to a little over 50psi, bc I could see that from the 24v. The truck does have some lag off the start, but it really perked up the ole truck. Built tranny will be in this coming week, and the air dog will be on within the month. I guess next will be rings and studs. Just wanted to share another good experience with my 12v.

Stock injectors, stock dv's. Yes it does have a 66 wheel on it. It is the Silver 66 from Industrial Injection. I can give some more accurate numbers egt's, boost, and when the turbo lights next week. I dont have the truck with me right now or I would go play right now.
