Sticking Door handle

Sticking Door handle
The outside door handle is sticking when you pull up on it. It acts like it is locked. After couple of tugs it will open up. What’s the cure? What piece of the mechanism is breaking?

Mine kinda do that too. I think it is because of some wear on the door hinges letting the door sag down. Maybe someone else has more experience than I.
