Sorry fuel mileage..HELP!
not gettin but 11-12 mpg around town with moderate throttle(dont think its much better than than on the open road either)..any ideas?

Could be your large tires and possibly having an auto in stop and go traffic. The winter blend diesel fuel won't help either.

And don't forget that your truck with that custom front bumper, and whether or not you have 4x4 means you weigh in the neighborhood of 7000 pounds. Not exactly going to get great mileage with that much weight
