Propper torque specs, any help?

Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me out. I am looking for the proper torque specs for these items on my 1990 motor. I am swapping on a few items so I can run a 1993 engine harness on it. Here is the list:

1. 4- vibration damper bolts
2. 4- air intake horn bolts
3. 10- air intake plate bolts
4. 2- front timing cover bolts to install the crank sensor
5. And valve cover bolts? I am putting a second gen cover on them and need to pull #1 and #6 bolts out to install the studed ones to use the cover

My dad has my 1992 factory manual at his shop and he seems to have misplaced it. I appreciate anyones info. Thank you

^thank you
Here is whats on there unless I missed it. Or I didnt recognized it.

1. 4- vibration damper bolts (92ft-lbs
2. 4- air intake horn bolts
3. 10- air intake plate bolts (18ft-lbs
4. 2- front gear cover bolts (18ft-lbs
5. 2- valve cover bolts (18ft-lbs)

I found everything but the 4 air intake horn bolts. They seem long, I dont want to snap them off. Can one of my fellow Cummins friends please chime in to help me out?
