rebuilt power steering pump&rack yesterday reinstalled no pressure from pump any advice

 

Probablly lost its prime. Make sure have fluid in res. Rev engine up a little and move steering wheel and press brake pedal. Should pick fluid back up in short order. It will be filled with air. Let it set several minutes and try again till no bubbles on dip stick. Use good power steering fluid. ATF + 4 doesn't seem to handle cold weather well.
