Arrow Part it out or fix it???

I finally found a local truck that I bought for parts but now I have been pondering whether to tear it apart and part it out for spares and re-coop some of the cost or fix it. It is a 92 CTD D-250 regular cab Automatic and believe it or not an LE with manual windows and no cruise or tilt wheel. I thought all LE's were power windows but I guess not. It belonged to a local door and window company. It only has 150,000 miles and looks to be in good mechanical condition except for a front seal on the injection pump leaking and the last mechanic that tried to repair it must have it out of time because the pump is pushed up aganist the intake and it is still way too slow on time to run right, lots of raw fuel smoke. It has new brakes all around. The problem is the roof is rusted out very badly over the windshield. It will need a replacement cab for sure. The bed is perfect with no dents at all and the rest of the body is straight except for a little rust on one rocker panel. The tailgate is even straight. The paint is faded bad but that is not a concern as it would need painted after the cab is replaced anyway. The seat is worn out but then again maybe I could get it with the cab. I know where there is a gasser I could get right I think that was hit in the front end.
What do you guys think, fix or rip? Is it worth spending money on? I have $1500 in the truck now.

Sounds like a fixer to me if you have a line on a cab. As a straight, nice running truck it's worth at least double what you have in it. The motor work is not a big deal.
