Not this guys lucky day

The other day, my brother in law was pulling out of a store onto the street. The business next to the store has a large Halloween display out, making it hard to see in one direction. Brother in law looks both ways and pulls out. A guy on a bicycle smacks into him (came from the direction of the display).
Nobody hurt too bad, but the paramedics came and took the bicyclist to the hospital as a precaution.
Now for the kick in the pants: The sheriff arrested the bicyclist at the hospital because of a warrant for DUI. D'oh

Wouldn't surprise me if the guy was loaded when he hit your brother-in-law.

Hope it all works out well for your brother-in-law.

Or maybe Truckma, depending on the vehicle in use at the time.

"Volvoma"

BIL and middle daughter (passenger at the time) are fine. There is a dent in the car from where the bicyclist hit them. The cops told him he is not at fault, that the bicyclist was on the wrong side of the road. Don't know if any alcohol/drugs were involved.
