Nitrous bottle location??
Where are you guys mounting your N2O bottles? I have a 10LB bottle and hate to mount it in the bed but that thing is a lot bigger than I thought. I cant figure out any good way to mount it under the back seat and I am concerned with a possible leak gassing me out. (remember Black Sheep 
) Any ideas? If I mount it in the bed do they make a cover for it or do I need to fab something up?

there is a guy up north that has a Dmax and he has his bottle mounted on the left rear corner of the bed inside a gym bag. so when the tailgate is off the gym bag is zipped up and you can't see any hoses at all! looks pretty stealthy IMO. you can't even see any of his gauges. sleeper truck and it is pretty fast.

Lmills wants me to mount the tank in the front hole of my RA bumper where the winch goes. It would look pretty cool but I fear a collision would rupture the tank. I guess I will just mount it between the stacks on the back of the bed and try to make a diamond plate cover for it and somewhat seal it up from the elements. A remote bottle opener will be next on the list.

OMG, that was a joke and would not recommend it for daily driving either. LOL You are too nice of a guy for me to want to see injured if it would explode in a front end collision. 
Competition use and trying to hide it, maybe.... Of course I would never condone hiding something like that. LOL
In the bed between the stacks in a box I would be worried about heat causing the bottle to have extreme pressure from the heat of the stacks. I know when I have mine under the toneau cover the temps get warm enough to bring the pressure up to the limit of the gauge at 1500 PSI.

I run mine on the floor in the center of the back seat. It's easy to turn on and even on a hot day the pressures don't get too terribly high. I did have the bottle relieve itself through the safety burst disc one time when I accidentally flipped the heater switch on with the valve closed. If you vent the safety relief outlet with a blowdown tube there really shouldn't be an issue with it. I run the hose and heater wiring forward under the center seat, center shifter and then up through the dash. I have a pic of it I can post up later.

I would really like to do the same but my kids are with me 90% of the time and everything has to be touched or messed with. It may just get mounted under the bed where the muffler was like XLR8R said. I dont know what I am going to do but I will post up pics when I get it done.

If you were to put it on the floor in the center of the back seat area, like banshee, could you take it in/out easily for when you do have passengers, or aren't using it? Are the lines okay being disconnected if you secured them out of the way?
... you could vent the purge line to cabin air, and be like

I bought a small diamond plate tool box that sits in the bed below the rails. I drilled a hole in the bottom to line up with the bed drain closest to the cab on the drivers side. Installing heater and remote opener this weekend leaving the heater swith in the tool box also.

Most people go into the bed. My friend did the gym bag trick also. It looked pretty real. NOS does make a full blanket for it if you'd like. If you put it in the cab, you have to have a blow down tube off the safety valve. The blow down tube has to exit the cab also (hole in the floor). Now these are track rules. Your rules for whatever, is whatever.
