Looking for the rubber between the inner fender and the frame?

Hey guys,

Like the title says, where can I get the rubber between the inner fender and the frame on both sides to keep road debris out of my engine room? Most of mine on the dually have the holes ripped through with large tears in them so it hangs? Maybe someone at least knows what they are called so I can search for them. Thanks a bunch

I made my own out of rubber roofing material. It worked very well and is a little more flexiable then the original stuff.

Thanks guys. I might go with Tater's tip. I was wondering if there was any rubber that would hold up. All I have is some rubber gasket stuff and I think it wouldn't hold up as well... forgot about rubber roofing.

Look on page 82. It's called masticated rubber and their # is mat014. Its the original stuff, I have used it on several vehicles and recommend it.

That rubber stuff also makes a great gasket for the turbo oil drain in a pinch.

Go to the hardware store and look at the 3 foot wide rubber isle mat, you can buy it by the foot. A 3 foot piece will do. Rip it down the middle, so you now have (2) 18"x36" pieces to use.
