I think the mouting bolts are the same, but the heated seat system is way different.

The 03-05 has a double throw resister multiplexed switches, a temp sensor, and it's own little brain module...

Maybe. I would think if you can't it wouldn't be too hard to just run a double throw toggle and apply 12v to the heater in one position, and run 12v through an appropriate resister in the other...

I tried to put 05 seats in my 06. They mount up fine. My problem was with the ABS (I thin) module that's under the lower center console. The wiring harness prevented the center console from sitting properly due the difference in the consoles. The 06 console has a floor in it, the 05 does not..the carpeted body is the floor on the 05 lower center console.

Now....the biggest problem was the seatbelts. The 06 seatbelts will not fit into the seat belts locking mechanisms on the 05 seats. I can't recall why I did not change out the locking portion, but seem to remember it was a PITA.

I opted to remote the 05 seats and sell them...luckily at a profit!

Good luck...I figured leather seat covers would be the best option for me.
