Isspro Tach Question

I am looking at an isspro tach on genosgarage.com. Do I need to buy the magnetic sensor kit? I have an early '92, and there is a sensor on the harmonic balancer. Is it true the wiring is already in the dash?

No, you should have a 4 prong black plug underneath the fuse panel that the tach wires to

It usually taped around the steering column , right next to the fusebox

Mine was to the left of the column. I guess it depends on the truck.

Excellent! That is exactly what I wanted to hear! didn't want to spend the extra $55 for the sensor and wiring kit. Thanks Guys! I will be making a 3 or 4 gauge pod for my pillar using fiberglass. (haven't decided whether or not to get a FP gauge, already got boost and pyro) I will have to do a writeup if it goes well.
