Interior Question
Where is the cheapest place to get a dash replacement, mine has two or three cracks in it and I don't like em.
Has anyone used one of them dash mats like you see in cabelas or the jc whitney catalogs, if so are they any good?

Don't have one in my CTD, but used the ones from JCW in a few other older trucks, the mid to higher priced ones as i recall. They generally fit very well, and with the help of a bit of adhesive backed velcro they stayed in place and looked good. Especially compared to what as underneath them! Overall I'd say most are pretty good and a lot easier/cheaper than replacing the whole dash.
Another possible option; Years ago I enlisted the help of my mother (a pro seamstress) to recover the dash in a '74 Cheyanne Super, she used some sort of material that was like a cross between carpet and felt and apohlstry type fabric, and was able to stretch it and such and tuck under the edges, best job I'd ever seen!
Only thing I'd say look out for is where the air bag deploy's on the pass side if so equipped...don't really know where it lives, but it'd be *bad* for a dash mat to get mixed up i the works if that needed to deploy.
