Installing a new side view mirror?

Installing a new side view mirror?
For those of you what have replaced mirrors on these 3rd gen trucks, is there anything special I need to know about the swap or is it pretty straight forward. My heated, powered, tow mirror got smashed at a tailgate party a couple weeks ago the the replacement just arrived tonight - so I'm hoping to put in on when I get home. Any advice? Thanks!
