what is the best electronic upgrade for the 2003 common rail out of everthing on the market. i can't deside im trying to get some opions on what which way i want to go. i'm looking for the most power. i'm planning to run 120 injectors and stg 3 cp3 from industrial injection with a silver 62 charger. thanks in advance for all of the help.

 

There's alot of stuff out there but the C5 from VanAaken which is due to come out soon, looks to be the best new toy. If your serious about max power, I'd step up that turbo at least to a 64 or a bullet. Jmho.

 

With that much fuel I dont now that a 62 will cut it either, may as well just got ahead and get a SB.

The best thing I have tried to date is the smarty, not that I have tried everything by any means but it is by far my favorite of the 4 I have tried.

 

the thing about the smarty is that you have to have a 2004.5 or newer to get the higher settings i have an 03. that is the big problem ive got trying to choose from what works good on the 03. im not set on the turbo yet.

 

Diablosport Predator runs very strong on 03-05's.... trust me... I know...

 

will the predator stack with an ez or would it be better to go with the power puck

 

I don't see any tranny mods on your list or in your signature. I'm sure you already know this, but you'll need to build your tranny to hold that power.

EDIT...I just noticed sbc ~ maybe you have a 6 speed with an upgraded South Bend Clutch? If so, disregard my post.

 

nv5600 is a good trans i have a small south bend ofe right now but will prolly go with a dual disk mcloud my friend has one and the is the best clutch i have seen there is hardly no pedal pressure it is softer than stock if put a hydro upgrade.

 

Honestly you don't need either one.

The predator and it's more extreme tunes has extra pressure already. And those who have run the puck or others (I've run the xzt press only) have said it's stronger without the boxes. Just the tuner by itself ROCKS...

 

will the extreme tune work on the 03

 

yes extreme tune works on 03 , only had my on for a few weeks but it is great tired the extreme with the puck on 50 this week truck flies but time to do trans if you get on it hard at 60 you can feel it shudder , milage is great .
