The relays are located under the left battery, 2 relays with four heavy guage wires going to them. Like stated above are they the original batteries. The wires then go to the base of the air intake and motor.
Hang on a second here fella's , the FIRST thing i would do here , is dis-connect both batteries, and load test them seperatly, if they both test good, connect the negative post on one battery , then hook an amp meter between the positive post and the positive cable , there will be a certain amount of parasitic draw , someone with a FSM (WSM, whatever dodge calls it) should be able to tell us what the values of that parasitic draw is. If the draw is over the value in the FSM , then start pulling fuses one at a time until it goes away, if that doesn't find it , start pulling relays, or dis-connecting things such as the grid heaters to see when the draw goes away.
This will help you find your problem , and it is cheaper than throwing parts at a problem...

Remove the heater relay from the fuse box and see what happens the next few days.
That truck will start without the intake heaters down to 0c or 32f.
if it is an intake heater relay stuck it will flatten 2 good batterys within a few hours.
